Update instruction:

1. update to 69.07 if your U1 = 69.xx.  DO NOT update if U1 does not start with 69.
update to 45.13 if your U1 = 45.xx.  DO NOT update if U1 does not start with 45.

2. update DSP first, then proceed to MCU.
